- Persons below 16 and above 24 will not be considered. Falsification of information for the purpose of participating in the Sprite Triple Slam (“Event”) may, at the Event Organizer’s discretion, lead up to a disqualification from further participation in the Event.
- The Event is subject to RULES AND REGULATIONS to be provided to approved participants by the Event Organizers.
- Event organizers reserve the right, without reason or compensation, to refuse admission or to eject any person who, in the organizers sole discretion, conducts himself in an unbefitting manner or fails to comply with the rules of the competition and applicable laws.
- The competition requires physical activity. By participating, you undertake that you are healthy and medically fit to engage in physical bodily activity. You assume all risks of personal injury incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. Furthermore, you bear all personal risks of participating in the Event (including but not limited to personal welfare and logistics).
- The decisions of judges at every stage of the Event shall be final. Any direction given by properly identified staff of the Event Organizer should be complied with for security, safety and health reasons. You may be required to sign documentation at any stage of the Event for legal, safety or regulatory purposes prior to being permitted to continue to participate in the Event.
- The Event will be recorded for use by the event organizers or the sponsors of the event in all forms of media without limitation as to geography or period of use. By participating, you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the Event without any further compensation of any form.
